Payment Terms
- These payment terms are part of the treatment agreements between the patient and the physiotherapist. The payment terms will be discussed with the patient when making a phone appointment through our Central Office. A link to the information included in the appointment confirmation.
- Appointments that cannot kept must canceled no later than 24 hours before the treatment. If the appointment not canceled on time, the physiotherapist reserves the right to charge for the missed appointment.
- The invoices from the physiotherapist for fees, costs, reimbursements, and supplies must paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If payment not made within the specified period, the patient will be in default starting from the thirty-first day after the invoice date.
- Once the patient is in default, the physiotherapist entitled to charge statutory interest on the outstanding principal amount or the remaining amount. After one year, the amount on which this interest calculated will increased by the interest due for that year.
- If the patient is in default, the physiotherapist entitled to take collection measures or to involve third parties in doing so. All costs associated with the collection of declared amounts (including extrajudicial collection costs) will borne by the patient. The extrajudicial collection costs amount to at least 15% of the principal amount or the remaining amount, plus statutory interest, with a minimum of €40. VAT at 21% is also due on the collection costs.
- The invoice can easily pay online. FysioCompany will send the invoice, including the payment link, via email. If the patient has not received the invoice by email, it may be because the email address is unknown or incorrect in our records.
