Every year, our patients receive an invitation to rate us via Qualiview.
At the end of the first quarter, we receive the Qualiview results. These results are based on the feedback provided by patients who visited us in the previous year. While we are already proud of our high score, we continuously strive to improve it. With this year’s results matching those of 2023, we feel proud and deeply grateful for the trust our patients place in us.
The overall score is based on assessments of the contact patients have with us, their opinion of the treatment plan, and how the practice itself rated—three elements of importance.
Contact rated 9.4 out of ten stars. The treatment plan receives 9.2 out of ten stars, and the practices are rated 9.2 out of 10 stars. You can imagine how encouraged and motivated our therapists feel by this strong vote of confidence.
On behalf of all our therapists, we would like to thank you for your trust!
